When Mike Sunley founded Lexington Catering with existing Directors, Katharine Lewis and Rachel Lindner, in 2002 their goal was to do things differently.
This culture of innovation and people-first helped Lexington Catering become the award-winning business it is today and led to the creation of Lexington Reception Services in 2012 and Lexington Independents in 2019.
